A Bread Baking Day


Every week, I spend a day baking bread for the week. I usually bake 2 loaves of soft white sandwich bread, 1 loaf of wheat and a batch of rolls.

This week I tried the soft white sandwich bread from The Bread Bible
by Rose Levy Beranbaum, and I must say that it is the most flavorful white bread EVER! It is really delicious and makes amazing toast. D, my 3 year old was over the moon with this bread.

Definitely a hit, and I can foresee this recipe being in heavy rotation around here.
